WARNING:
- Don’t let anyone inference or pressure you into joining. Join from your own will.

TIP:
The term “free-born” is a holdover from the days when slavery, indentured servitude, and bonding were common. It means that a man must be his own master, and not be bound to another man. That’s not a problem these days, but the language is retained because of its antiquity and a desire to retain the heritage of the fraternity.
REMEMBER:
(POWER OF WOMEN) doesn’t care about your worldly wealth or social position. Both the bank’s president and the bank’s janitor can apply for membership, and they’re considered equally qualified.
Not everybody will join because of money but people will join because of protection.
POWER OF WOMEN teaches not merely temperance, fortitude, prudence, justice, brotherly love, relief, and truth, but liberty, equality, and fraternity, and it denounces ignorance, superstition, bigotry, lust tyranny and despotism.
AVOIDING THE TOPICS RELATED TO POLITICS AND RELIGION
We are among the fortunate ones who are taught to meet together with others opposing convictions or competitive ideas and yet respect each other as sisters.
POWER OF WOMEN is ‘veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols’ because these are the surest way by which moral and ethical truths may be taught. It is not only with the brain and mind that the initiate must take but also with the heart.
It has been said that the purpose of POWER OF WOMEN is the pursuit of excellence.
All the teachings of POWER OF WOMEN are directed to excellence in performing our duties to the gods, our country, our neighbors and ourselves. The continuing effort to improve one is the true mark of POWER OF WOMEN EAH. Flood at the annual communication of POWER OF WOMEN. We must constantly remember that in every moment of our lives – in public – at work – at pleasure – with our families – even when you are alone. We must expect to attract good women to the fraternity by our conduct and reputation in public.
We must learn to conduct ourselves with propriety in the society. One of our first duties shall be loyalty to the fraternity and obedience to its laws. This is a fundamental requirement of Power of Women.
“Propriety is not the result of law, but rather of tradition, custom and usage. Like good manners, it is behind the only force of opinion. While there (may be) no penalties for breaches, there are tangible rewards for observance of the rules and ceremonies of good manners!”
